Reiki Classes
 Reiki Level I
Taught in the spirit of Dr. Usui, passed down by Mrs. Takata who brought the ancient art of Reiki to the Hawaiian Islands, a Level I class introduces the student to the sacred life force of Reiki energy. Activating the Reiki channel is a unique experience and allows the student to practice Reiki with friends and family. Held over the course of two days, you can expect to study the history of Reiki. A Level I student receives a total of four Reiki attunements, two on each day and time will be made for practice. Followed by a 21 day cleanse, students receive a Reiki Level I Certificate upon class completion. Group classes are available at varying times throughout the year; private classes may be arranged by appointment.
Reiki Level II
Level I is a pre-requisite for Level II. A minimum of three to six months must elapse after Level I certification before participation in a Level II class. A Level II student is empowered with the knowledge and application of three Reiki symbols. Allow two days for completion. A Level II class will include two attunements, one each day, study time and hands-on experience. Followed by a 21 day cleanse, completion of Reiki Level II certifies the student as a Reiki Practitioner and allows for Reiki to be performed on friends and family and also clients. Both group and private classes may be available.
Reiki Master Level III
Levels I and II are pre-requisites for the Master Level III class. A minimum of six to twelve months must elapse after Level II certification before participation at the Master Level. As a Reiki Master, you will hold more light making for more potent healing. In the Level III class, expect to receive one attunement where you will be endowed with the Master Reiki symbol. Time will be divided between study and hands-on experience. Followed by a 21 day cleanse, completion of Level III certifies you as a Reiki Master. You may choose to pass the Reiki tradition forward to others through informal or formal classes. All Reiki Master Level III classes are private classes. Length of class may vary based on goals and/or intentions of each Level II Practitioner. Candidacy is considered individually and often requires an ‘internship’ or project. All levels of Reiki classes are $350 per person plus tax.

Reiki Circle
A time to come together for all certified Reiki Practitioners (open to all levels) to share the wonderful Reiki healing energy with one another.
Join us at Hāla‘i Healing Place (75-5737 Kuakini Highway, Suite 203 in the Kohala-Kona Chamber of Commerce building) in the heart of Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii on the second Thursday of each month from 6pm - 7:30pm.

Healing Touch Practice Gathering
Open to all certified Healing Touch Providers (all levels) as a time to share the tools of Healing Touch with each other.
Held at the Aloha Massage School in Kainiliu on the last Wednesday of each month from 6pm - 8:45pm.

Yoga Classes
La`Ren offers a series of on-going yoga classes in Holualoa Village at Malama i Ka Ola Holistic Health Center and Yoga Studio. Private classes are available at the center, at your residence or business. For more information on yoga offerings, click here.
